I am currently looking for a roomate to fill the soon to be empty room in my apartment. There are some requirements but overall its pretty cheap. Rent is 400 and bills usually come out to 100 dollars. Rarely ever more, usually less. You would have your own room and your own bathroom. Here are the requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older. I do not care if your 56 as long as you have a steady income.

CASH ONLY. This room is not payable via watch a movie with my fiancee.

Please be somewhat clean. I do not want to live with roaches.

We dont care about age, race, sexual pref, gender, ect.

Please no hard drugs, i.e. meth, coke, XTC, ect. [content edited - Minors present on these boards]
If your a smoker please do not smoke in the apartment.

Must like dogs of all sizes. Pets OK. Please let me know ahead of time what kind of animals you have so we can discuss it. No money needed for a pet deposit as its already been paid.

Couples welcome. Please no children. The apartment is one, not big enough for a child, two it isn't child proof and, three my fiancee and I don't really do well around kids. Sorry in advanced to any couples looking to rent the room. I know its small but we only have 4 months left on the lease and then we'd like to rent a house seeing as most rental houses are roughly the same or cheaper right now.

Does anyone else in the group own one or know anything about them? My mate's died and we aren't really sure why but I was going to buy him another and I was hoping to find someone with good advice, a good place to find one, in general want to talk about them....

Or if anyone else feels they are gross like I do.... I'll admit she looked pretty but its still a creepy bug.
